Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Morning Shadows website and services. By entering the site (and confirming you are 18+), you agree to them.
1. Adults only
You confirm you are at least 18 years old (21 where required by your jurisdiction) and that viewing artistic nude / mature content is legal where you are. See our 18 U.S.C. 2257 notice.
2. Bookings & sessions
Session enquiries are requests, not confirmed bookings. A session is confirmed when we accept it and any required booking fee/invoice (via HoneyBook) is paid. Session fees hold your date and are described on the relevant page. Rescheduling/cancellation terms are provided at booking.
3. Purchases, editions & subscriptions
- Prices are in USD. Limited editions are sold as signed, numbered works with a Certificate of Authenticity; once an edition sells out it is closed.
- Print-on-demand merchandise is produced and shipped by our print partner (Prodigi).
- Subscriptions (e.g. Love Notes) renew until cancelled; you may cancel anytime effective the next cycle.
- Payments are processed by Epoch and/or HoneyBook.
4. Returns
Custom, made-to-order, digital and personalised items are non-refundable except where required by law or if faulty. Faulty physical goods will be replaced. Contact hello@morningshadows.com.
5. Intellectual property & model releases
All photography and artwork is © Aaron McPolin / Morning Shadows. No rights are granted or implied by purchase or viewing. Talent and collaborators grant licenses per their separate written agreements and model releases; you may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our content.
6. Creator & Ambassador programs
Participation is subject to separate written agreements covering rights, profit-share, and conduct. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a guarantee of earnings.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to bypass the age gate on behalf of minors, scrape content, or infringe our IP.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Los Angeles County, except where your local consumer law provides otherwise.
