This notice concerns compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related record-keeping requirements for depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Records & age verification

All persons appearing in any explicit visual depiction produced by Morning Shadows were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of creation. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 (proof of age, identity, and model releases) are maintained by the Custodian of Records.

Public pages show only artful/implied work. Explicit fine-art content is kept behind a private 18+ login and is only accessible to verified adults.
